Overview

Mr. Lin focuses his practice on patent litigation and general civil litigation matters. He also assists in patent and trademark prosecution and counseling.

Prior Experience

Prior to becoming a lawyer and joining H.C. Park & Associates, Mr. Lin was a partner in an automotive aftermarket company that dealt extensively with Asian suppliers and international clientele. Additionally, Mr. Lin has spent several years living abroad in countries such as Japan and Taiwan, gaining valuable experience in those countries while conducting sales and production negotiations with local manufacturers and suppliers. While in Japan, Mr. Lin was an active community volunteer and assisted in setting up a community English conversation group for locals who wanted to improve their foreign language skills. Mr. Lin is also a United States Marine Corps Veteran who has deployed to the Middle East in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

He has experience in the areas of international trade, technology transactions, and the automotive aftermarket industry.
