Ms. Shestul focuses her practice on preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a multitude of technological areas, including: electrical, electronics, computer software, computer networking, virtual and augmented realities (AR/VR), videogame technologies, artificial intelligence and machine learning, medical and optical devices memory devices, telecommunications, semiconductor devices, flat panel displays, virtual machines/processors, fiber optics, lithography process, image recognition devices, and mechanical devices. She has experience rendering opinions regarding the invalidity and non-infringement of patents in various technological areas. Her trademark prosecution experience focuses on preparing and prosecution trademark applications. Ms. Shestul is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and admitted to the bar in Virginia and Colorado. She is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, American Bar Association, Virginia State Bar Association, and Colorado Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced intellectual property law at several law firms in Northern California, Colorado, and Northern Virginia.
